Crystal Leavitt is a Clinical Supervisor Candidate on the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists supervisor registry. She offers supervision for therapists working towards LPC licensure and/or those wanting additional support and/or consultation. She also offers consulting services for those who are interested in starting a private practice. Fees for clinical supervision include:

$130.00 | Per hour individual session

$85.00  | Per person for 90-minute for group supervision.
