Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is a journey. Learning how to navigate this new life stage can be overwhelming and anxiety inducing, especially if you are a new mom. Emotions are heightened, your body is changing, and you are becoming a new person. Sometimes, pregnancy can awaken old traumas that need to be processed. Even, when you have to pivot from your birthplan... it can be hard on you. As a new mom you may feel lost, confused, anxious, and experience depression (aka the baby blues). You may feel a lack of control or you and your partner are not a team. Whatever you may be experiencing, you are not meant to walk this new season alone. I will help you regain confidence in yourself, process old traumas that may arise, help you make sense of your new identify as a mother, and support you as you restore the parts that feel broken.
